Flush Out Toxins

Increasing your intake of pure water every day is perhaps the easiest way to flush out and thereby cleanse your body of toxins, and help rid it of excess of fat to boot.  Nice.

Water 

The human body is between 70% – 80% water, and it naturally uses fluid as a defense against any invader, such as when we get a cut and our body sends fluids to the site to flush out dirt and any other possible contaminants.

This same process can be used without having a wound, simply by drinking more water. If you’re aiming to lose weight, increase your water intake per day by one 8oz. glass for every 10 pounds you want to lose, not exceeding 12 glasses per day.

So, if you normally drink your 8, 8oz. glasses of water, and want to lose 10 lbs., increase to 9 glasses and so on. The additional water intake will work with your body to rid itself of excess fat, along with working to flush out toxins.

Make this simple change along with smart eating and daily exercise and you’ll reach your weight-loss goal faster than you thought you could.

Chamomile Tea

It’s awesome for your body in many ways. Here are just two of them –

First, it acts as a diuretic which gives the water you drink get flushed out faster, which automatically brings the detoxification method to a higher level of efficiency.

Second, chamomile has a very relaxing affect on your body chemistry, helping you unwind at the end of a day, when you’re under additional stress, and, when you’re feeling jittery as a result of cutting back on your food portions.

Tips:  

  • Don’t forget that you can use chamomile tea in many ways besides just brewing a hot cup.  For example, you can use cooled tea as the liquid when baking a cake, or bread.
  • Make tea ice cubes.  You can use them for the obvious, iced tea, or, get a little creative and use them for cocktails such as vodka based ones or even margaritas.
  • Cooled tea bags are great for your eyes.  They help relieve puffiness and feel great.
  • Additionally, you can used cold chamomile tea mixed with rose water, glycerine, witch hazel or all three to custom-make a face/body toner.

Chamomile tea obviously gets a very big two thumbs up from me.
